1. How long does shipping take?
Shipping typically takes 1-5 business days depending on which carrier you choose at check out. Currently, we are only able to deliver within the United States - we hope to offer international deliveries in the near future!
2. Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, orders over $100 qualify for free shipping!
3. Can I track my order?
Of course! Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this tracking number to track your order on the chosen third-party carrier's website or via the Shop App.
4. What is your return policy?
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, you can return it up to 30 days from purchase for a full refund. Please refer to our return policy. for more details regarding eligibility.
