30 day return policy
At Damai, we have a 30 day return policy which gives every customer 30 days from their date of purchase to request a return.
Is my item eligible for a Return/Exchange?
Your item is only eligible if it is in the same condition as it was received in, i.e. unworn or unused, and in its original packaging.
Who is responsible for the costs of return shipping?
As we are a small business (for now!), customers will be responsible for their return shipping costs. Note: If requesting an exchange, the cost of the shipping for your new item to your location will be waived.
How do I request for a Return/Exchange?
- If your item is eligible to be returned, please get in touch with us at info@damaiathleisure.com with your receipt of purchase and the reason for the return. We will then guide you through the process :)
- Once we have approved your return request, you will receive return shipping instructions directly. Please note that you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
- If you are requesting a size or style exchange, the shipping cost of sending the new item to your location will be waived.
- Upon receiving the item back at our store, we will review the condition and process refunds within 10 business days to your original payment method.
Which items are not eligible for Return/Exchange?
- Items that have already been worn, used or were damaged after the delivery.
- Items that were bought on discounted sale prices or via gift card.
Damaged or incorrect items
At Damai, we make sure to personally inspect each order and pack them with love and care. Upon receiving your order, please let us know immediately if an item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue right away and do our best to make it right.
